Sygic, the leading international provider of professional GPS navigation and location based services with more than 130 million users, has announced the release of Sygic Municipal – a unique solution for waste and winter management, street cleaning and green area maintenance. The solution helps to better handle the major challenges in planning, dispatching, navigating and monitoring the fleet of vehicles used by service providers. It is fully prepared for integration and customization to bring additional value to our partners and system integrators to tightly fit and interconnect with their complex telematics systems.
Sygic is taking part in the SITL Expo in Paris running from the 22nd to the 25th of March, where will demonstrate Sygic’s innovative business solution.

“We are very happy to see cost reduction and service level improvement for our clients within a very short time after roll-out. We have spent a lot of time creating an easy to use, but powerful solution and paid a lot of attention to create a mobile app that doesn’t scare drivers and dispatching web portal and saves a huge amount of time for backend users. We believe the time saved with our unique route planning and navigation can be much better used for a performance analysis either within our system or using our existing interfaces and connectors to 3rd party applications.” said Martin Strigac, Director of Sygic Business Solutions.

Sygic Municipal brings an easy installation process and reasonable subscription model without additional costs of hardware infrastructure or any other hidden fees. Sygic Municipal is available as an out-of-the-box solution for fleets or as a plug-in component for system integrators.

Sygic launches iOS version of the most popular navigation app for truckers and commercial drivers

Sygic, the most downloaded truck navigation app on Android, today launches its navigation app for RVs, buses, delivery vans and large trucks on iOS, which is now available for download on both iPhones and iPads. The company is also launching a major update for its Android service.
Sygic’s defining “Head-Up Display” is designed with safety in mind. The easy-to-use HUD interface allows drivers to flip the display screen, which then clearly projects routes from the smartphone or tablet directly onto the windshield, keeping drivers’ eyes on the road.

Drivers select their vehicle type, input dimensions and weight and are then presented with detailed 3D maps that show the routes suitable for their particular truck, delivery van, RV or bus – thus avoiding all unsuitable roads and bridges. The mapping system, provided by HERE, also operates in offline mode, which is indispensable for journeys in remote areas with little data coverage.

What’s more, the Sygic Truck Navigation app shares points of interest, parking places, and gas stations suitable for trucks, buses or RVs. Drivers can also use their app in a normal car, at no extra cost, simply by switching settings. The app also offers optional paid add-ons such as live traffic information, speed camera traps, and turn-by-turn voice guidance.

“Sygic’s mission is to guide every person in the world, improving safety, convenience, and navigation as we go,” said Sygic’s founder and CEO Michal Štencl. “Sygic’s navigation app for trucks and commercial vehicles will help to reduce nighttime traffic accidents by allowing drivers to fully concentrate on the road, rather than being distracted by their SatNav screen.”

According to the Bergh Insight, in 2013 there were 12 million Heavy Goods Vehicles in the USA, and 5.5 million in Europe. The Recreation Vehicle Industry Association reports that the number of households owning RVs in U.S. in 2011 was 8.9 million.

The company differentiates itself from the competition with its proprietary Head-Up Display, and a “Right Turn” feature, which offers routes avoiding left turns. This not only improves fuel efficiency, but also avoids riskier left turns (this works automatically as a Left Turn feature in the United Kingdom and other countries with left-hand driving).

“We believe Sygic’s app for truckers, bus and RV drivers is the safest and most complete SatNav solution available. We’re extremely pleased to now be offering the service on the iPhone, and we’re looking forward to getting even more drivers on the road with Sygic.” added Štencl.

Health Experts Question Weight Loss Pill

Health experts have questioned the health benefits of a new weight loss pill. Rimonabant was launched last summer amid claims that it could cut levels of potentially harmful cholesterol, fats and sugars in the blood to a greater extent than would be expected by weight loss alone. However, now health experts have said that the manufacturer’s claims that it has an additional positive impact on the body’s chemistry have not been proved.

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (Nice) is currently appraising the drug for use on the NHS following the claims by manufacturers Sanofi-Aventis regarding its health benefits. They claim that the benefits listed above should help to reduce the risk of developing type 2 diabetes and heart disease, as well as helping many overweight people to lose weight.

But a Drug and Therapeutics Bulletin paper argues that research had failed to prove that any positive impact on body chemistry was solely down to taking the drug. They say possible health improvements could be down to advice given to patients taking the drug to lead a more healthy lifestyle, and take more exercise.

The paper also stated that in trials of rimonabant it had had no effect on levels of “bad” cholesterol, and little or no effect on blood pressure. It said that the drug had not been effectively compared with other, cheaper weight loss drugs, such as Xenical (orlistat) and Reductil (sibutramine), which are both approved for NHS use.

However, Dr Ian Campbell, medical director of the charity Weight Concern, said research did suggest that rimonabant had an extra effect on body chemistry over and above that expected through losing weight alone. Dr Campbell said: “It’s a new drug and we need more time to become fully aware of all its effects. It is more expensive than other available drugs but should be considered when the benefits of weight loss for the patient can justify the investment.”

A spokeswoman for Sanofi-Aventis said the effects on body chemistry had been consistently seen in all the trials of rimonabant and that further trials were underway to examine the effects of the drug further. She said there was no doubt that adopting a healthier lifestyle could have a positive impact, but in trials people given a dummy drug also improved their general lifestyle without the same level of effect seen in those taking rimonabant.

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) rejected a complaint last year that an advert for rimonabant had exaggerated its benefits but said it would look into the new claims.

Will A Low Carb Diet Pill Help?

When you’re trying to lose weight, sometimes you get desparate. Particularly if you haven’t yet found the best way for you personally to lose weight quickly and steadily. Many people however, have discovered that a low to moderate carb lifestyle is what works best for helping them lose the extra body weight and fat, plus maintain those weight losses for many years to come.

We’re all human though, and even those of us who have success with low to moderate carb eating will still stumble here and there. The problems are most noticible during big holidays or other rare events and get togethers such as family or high school reunions. We’re all tempted by the higher, “bad” carb foods and sugary sweets. And it’s times like these when a low carb diet pill might be able to help

A low carb diet pill can help block the absorption of “bad” carbs in your system. The bad carbs are those quick starches that you get from white breads and pastries for instance, and the simple sugars that come from sodas and standard table sugar. When you take a low carb diet pill, it can actually block a large portion of those bad carbs from being absorbed by your system, and thus the low carb diet pill prevents you from suffering the side effects that generally occur when you stray from your standard low carb eating lifestyle.

For instance, anyone who’s been on a low to moderate carb eating plan for some time might suffer a bit of dizziness if they suddenly endulge in a large amount of sugars and carbs. They can also get sick to their stomach and sometimes even have diarrhea from the sudden influx of simple carbs into their system. And usually within just a day or two it’s quite noticible in your weight as well: Your body bloats up a bit and clothes are fitting tighter, and often times you’ll see several new, unwanted pounds added on your weight scale too.

Now there are a couple of ways to either block or greatly slow down the absorption of simple carbs in your system. One of these is the use of acidic foods. Eating lemons with a higher carb meal for instance, will help slow the absorption of those carbs into your system. Choosing sourdough breads instead of standard white breads will help too. I personally like to drink home made lemonade with higher carb meals.

The other easy way to block or slow down the carb absorption though, is with a low carb diet pill. These can be taken at regular times throughout the day, but they work best when taken 20-30 minutes before your meal. Low carb diet pills contain ingredients that are actually extracted from white kidney beans. That is the substance which helps block and slow the absorption of carbs in your body.

So do these low carb diet pills actually work? Well in many cases yes. It will depend on the quality of the low carb diet pill products you choose to use, but some of them are clinically proven to block the absorption of starches, carbs and sugars by 66%-75%. And low carb diet pills which work that well can make a significant contribution towards helping you meet your weight loss goals.

Now a low carb diet pill is not some kind of miracle cure. You can’t simply eat as many sweets, simple starches and junk food as you’d like and take the low carb diet pill expecting it to do all the work for you.

Low carb diet pills are designed to help you help yourself. And this is why a low carb diet pill tends to be most effective when taken right before a carb heavy meal. So if you know you’ll be tempted to “cheat” a bit with your low carb lifestyle at an upcoming party, or you’d like to allow yourself a little more freedom with foods on an occasional basis, consider buying and trying a low carb diet pill and see how it works for you.

How To Increase The Size Of My Penis-find Out Today

Nowadays, males are becoming more and more conscious about the size of their penis. This cannot be helped, since the media has been pressing too much focus and sensationalism on the topic. Another factor that has contributed to this is the fact that males are naturally aggressive when it comes to things of sexual nature. Because of this, they want to impress women by means of their sexual performance and penis size. The pleasure that a woman gets does not necessarily get affected by penis size, but recent studies show that a man with a bigger penis may actually satisfy a woman more when it comes to sex. This is because a bigger penis may actually find it easier to stimulate a woman’s G-spot. Hence, a lot of males have wanted their penises to improve by an inch or two. Today, a lot of male enlargement pills and other products have been released out in the market to meet the increasing demand for penis enlargement products. Some people are actually willing to try out these products no matter how much the product costs, but still, many are still opting to use natural techniques to enlarge their penises. Many people are asking themselves “how to increase the size of my penis?”, although it is still up to their own taste.

For those who would like to try male enlargement pills, one initially needs to learn more about the male enlargement pill brand he is considering. Check if it is made from natural sources or it is made with synthetic chemicals. Generally, male organ enhancing pills merely stimulate hormones or activate certain body receptors to improve the body’s circulatory system. This is because of the principle of male erection. What happens when you get an erection? The penis is made up of spongy tissues that get filled with blood whenever a male feels aroused or excited. The blood accumulates in the penile tissues making it stiffer, longer and bigger. Because of this, a healthy circulatory and vascular system enhances erection to its full potential. Male enlargement pills are usually made from extracts of L-Agrinine, Catuaba, Hear-Leaf Sida, Cola, Stringing Nettle Leaves, Asian Ginseng, Cayenne, Tonkat Ali, Sarsparilla, Barrenwort, Muira Puama and the likes. These herbs basically make blood flow at its optimum level, and at the same time enhance blood vessel and tissue elasticity, making more room for blood to enter and facilitating penis growth.

Male enhancement exercise is another way to enlarge your penis by a few inches. This is done by rhythmically and gently pulling your penis while simultaneously contracting your pubococcygeal muscles – you can do this by simulating (but not actually) holding your urine. You can do this as a daily exercise regimen on 15 to 20 minute duration.

You can also try eating foods that can help enlarge your penis. These foods usually contain Omega-3 and Potassium. Salmon and Tuna are generally rich in Omega-3. Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid that helps in the optimum function of your cardiovascular system. It makes your blood vessels more elastic and toned up. Bananas are fruits which are rich in Potassium. It can help condition your muscles (since your penis is a muscular organ) and can also help in the rhythmic beating of your heart.
